🪟 Window Cleaning

What does your window cleaning service include?

Every clean includes the glass, frames, sills and door surrounds as standard — no upsells, no hidden extras at the end of the job. We use a reach-and-wash pure-water pole system that removes dirt, grime, salt residue and pollen, leaving a streak-free finish that lasts longer than traditional squeegee methods.

For more detail on what's included, visit our window cleaning service page.

How often should I get my windows cleaned?

For most homes in South Wales, every 4–8 weeks is the right frequency. Properties close to the coast (like parts of Bridgend near Porthcawl) tend to see faster build-up from salt spray and benefit from 4-weekly cleans. Inland properties can often stretch to 8-weekly rounds. Businesses usually prefer 4-weekly to keep shopfronts and offices looking sharp.

We've written a full guide on this topic: How Often Should I Get My Windows Cleaned?

Do you clean windows on high buildings or difficult-to-reach areas?

Yes — our reach-and-wash pole system allows us to clean safely from the ground up to three storeys. This means no ladders leaning against your brickwork and no risk from working at height. It's safer, faster and produces a better result than traditional ladder-based window cleaning.

Do you offer regular window cleaning rounds in South Wales?

Yes. We offer regular 4-weekly and 8-weekly maintenance rounds across Bridgend and the wider South Wales area. You'll get a reminder before each visit and the same team every time. There are no contracts — you can pause or cancel whenever you like.

🏠 Gutter Cleaning

How often should gutters be cleaned in South Wales?

Once or twice a year is the standard recommendation for most properties. We suggest a clear after autumn leaf-fall (October–December) and a second check in spring. Properties surrounded by trees or in areas with heavy rainfall — which describes much of South Wales — may benefit from more frequent gutter cleaning.

Blocked gutters cause damp, fascia rot and water ingress, so it's one of those jobs that's far cheaper to do regularly than to fix the damage caused by neglect.

What happens during a gutter clean?

We remove all debris — leaves, moss, dirt — from the guttering and downpipes, then flush the system to check it runs freely and identify any blockages or damage. You'll get an honest report on the condition of your gutters afterwards. If we spot a crack or a loose bracket, we'll tell you.

Find out more on our gutter cleaning page.

Can you clean gutters on a two or three-storey property?

Yes. We use specialist vacuum-fed equipment that allows us to clear gutters safely from the ground on properties of all heights, including three-storey houses. No cherry pickers required — and no scaffolding costs passed on to you.

🏯 Roof Cleaning

Why should I have my roof cleaned?

Moss, algae and lichen don't just look bad — they physically damage roofing materials over time. Moss holds moisture against your tiles and causes them to deteriorate faster, particularly over South Wales winters. Regular roof cleaning extends the life of your roof and can prevent expensive re-tiling work down the line.

What method do you use for roof cleaning?

We use soft washing — a low-pressure chemical treatment — rather than high-pressure washing on most roofs. High-pressure can lift and crack tiles or strip granules from felt. Soft washing kills the biological growth at the root and is far gentler on the roofing material, with results that last significantly longer.

💧 Pressure Washing & Soft Washing

What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to blast away surface dirt — great for driveways, patios, paths and hard surfaces. Soft washing uses lower pressure combined with specialist cleaning solutions to treat biological growth like moss, algae, lichen and mould — safer and more effective on surfaces like roofs, rendered walls and older stonework.

We assess each job individually and recommend the right approach for your surface.

Can you pressure wash my driveway?

Yes — driveway and patio cleaning is one of our most popular services. We remove moss, algae, oil stains, tyre marks and general grime. The difference before and after is striking. Find out more on our pressure washing page or get a free quote.

Can you soft wash rendered walls or cladding?

Yes. Rendered walls, K-rend, UPVC cladding and masonry all benefit from soft washing. It kills algae, green staining and mould without damaging the surface — something high-pressure washing can do if misused on these materials. We carry out a surface assessment before every soft wash job.

☀️ Solar Panel Cleaning

Does cleaning solar panels actually make a difference to output?

Yes — significantly. Studies consistently show that dirty solar panels can lose 15–25% of their energy output, particularly in areas with high pollen, bird activity or coastal proximity. In South Wales, where conditions can reduce panel efficiency, regular solar panel cleaning is one of the most cost-effective ways to protect your investment and maximise return.

How do you clean solar panels safely?

We use a pure-water reach-and-wash system — the same pure-water technology we use for window cleaning, but adapted for solar panels. No detergents (which can void panel warranties), no abrasive tools, just deionised water and a soft-bristle brush. Safe for your panels, great for output.

🏢 Commercial Cleaning

Do you work with businesses and commercial premises?

Yes. We carry out commercial exterior cleaning for offices, retail units, hospitality premises, industrial units and more across South Wales. Commercial contracts are available with regular scheduled visits. We can work around your trading hours to minimise disruption.

Are you insured to work on commercial properties?

Yes — we carry full public liability insurance covering both domestic and commercial work. We're happy to provide certificates of insurance on request as part of your procurement process.

💷 Pricing & Booking

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your property, the service required and accessibility. We don't publish fixed-price lists because no two jobs are exactly alike — but we do provide free, no-obligation quotes with no hard sell attached. Most residential window cleans start from around £15–£25. Get a quote and we'll turn it around the same day.

Are there any contracts or long-term commitments?

None whatsoever. Whether you book a one-off clean or join one of our regular rounds, there are no contracts, no minimum terms and no cancellation fees. You stay because the service is good — not because you're locked in.

How do I get a quote?

The quickest ways are to call us on 07833 044174 or fill in the contact form on this site. Tell us your address, the service you need and a rough description of the property, and we'll get back to you with a price — usually the same day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (BACS) and cash. We'll send you a clear invoice after each job. For regular maintenance customers, we can arrange a simple recurring payment setup if preferred.
